Ok, I think I know what happened. I got nasty extensor tendonitis at the #marathon. And I have been getting it every time I go #running that is about 10 miles long. The shoe laces are loose. The feet swell up by the end of the race. What is going on?! Well, lots of googling and I think it is... #hyponatremia. It is one of the most common long distance #runner problems and a symptom is hands and feet swelling up. Which in turn makes my shoes too small and I get extensor tendonitis.

Next time I'm going to do 2+ tabs of salt, maybe a tab of salt every hour. Also in retrospect, I remember the gritty feeling of salt on my face. I thought it was because I was close to the beach. Nope, it must have been enough sweat to get crusty.
