That isn't so horrible that any non-self hating dev would just use the available XML option?

Imagine like, a resume, but in one CSV file.

Devs should have some sample code in a github repo suitable for showing off in an interview. If you can put that much effort into becoming qualified to be a dev, you can at least do that.
