Denver's got a different take on low-density development. These are HUGE office buildings, hospitals, etc, each 1/2 - 1 mile apart. Gaps are filled with parking lots & 4 lane roads. If these buildings were next to each other by residential housing, it would be a walker's heaven.
This contrasts with regular rural low-density messes where small buildings serving small communities are just small & sparse for lack of people.

Your lawyer isn't your therapist, you want your lawyer to tell you when you are on legal thin ice & not just echo your thoughts to make you feel validated.

uuid primary keys are a great idea in relational databases.
But in a nosql db like DynamoDb, it is dumb idea because it guarantees no query can meaningfully use the physical sort order of the data- optimally a dynamodb is only queried by the physical sort key.
