IDEA: chatops, but you message the bot in Outlook, since Slack isn't allowed & MS-Teams isn't to be found, etc. And we use mechanical turks to process the bot messages.
True story: Amazon used to have Alex and Alexa, but in testing, testers would say "Alex! Set Philips Hue light to fuchsia" and Alex would say "I'm sorry I don't know that color."

When I'm working on RHEL, just about every other package is unavailable, (but available on centos/fedora) Is that because:
1) You gotta pay to get the good stuff
2) It is an enterprise feature to limit packages
