Tech recruiters are numberless; I vow to connect to them. There are over 4,000 recruiters in the DC area according to LinkedIn, ~200 of them mention Python.
I think there might be a surplus of internal/external recruiters. I've had 3 recruiters in 3 weeks take 30 minutes to interview me when they had nothing in mind. I don't remember this ever happening before.

I made attempts at 2 mediums and couldn't solve either but I could write some code, which doesn't count?
For real work I would have googled it, used StackOverflow or chatgpt or a 3rd party library if it was a general problem.

**Disagree & Commit. **Is this the same as "The chain of command will not be challenged"? What would be the point of disagreeing if management isn't going to listen anyhow? Either I'm missing something or missing why this warrants its own catch phrase.

I'm trying to think how you'd do that today.
