I'm forking Oracle and Windows and relicensing them as public domain. Law is whatever moves my emotions.
After reading what some of the lawyers say, it sounds like relicensing (someone else's code) is more like, slapping yet another license on top of the old license. The old license & constraints are still there. The new license is going to apply to the stratum of code changes you apply on top. Now what clauses that contradict each other mean across licenses what counts as weakening/alteration of the original license, strikes me as something that is bad contract, that will have to be litigated.

Can a fork (i.e. not original copyright holder) relicense from from BSD-3-Clause to LGPL-3.0?
Barrister Google seems to think you are very limited in what sort of relicensing you can do (i.e. you can only adopt *more* restrictive licenses, otherwise why not fork everything and change the license to public domain?)
Have you done your computer based training on the proper handling of velum and cuneiform tablets? When no longer needed, feed the velum to your dogs or give it a proper burial. Cuneiform tables can be dropped from a great height to convert them back into gravel. Wash and re-use your papyrus scrolls. We have no guidance on documents on computers, unless it is a skeuomorph image of a piece of paper on your screen, which should be put in the skeuomorph of a paper shredder when it is time.

META: the twitter-clones all have the same problem in that a thread "owner" has almost no moderation powers for the discussion on the thread. Compare this to, say, a discord server, where a minor internet celebrity can moderate the conversation, at the cost of limiting it to super fans. The tech-bro/libertarian solution of asking everyone to block doesn't work because in a conversation of 1000 people, you're asking 999 to take up the task of moderation if they want moderation.
A tech-bro/libertarian would argue you can do anything as long as it doesn't harm someone else, creating a moderation problem for everyone should count as a problem for everyone.

The situation in Korea makes everywhere in the US seem like a #vegetarian paradise, even small towns in the middle of nowhere. One coping mechanism is to not eat anything with visible chunks of meat.
I have also come across people in the US who thought vegetarian meant "packed full of animal products but no visible meat"

TODO: create a game building kit for making games in the console with python. When I ask the bot ot make a console game, it wants to

That's messed up. People hate involuntary paperwork collection. If they **voluntarily** signed up for it, why should orgs be restricted?
Observations people using AI for writing
- Yes, some yahoos think spamming docs no one read will make them rich. It won't
- (some) Pros are using them to write 1st drafts. Why? Because pay rates for writing are really low & for some things there isn't a lot of ways to write it
- Some of the worst things about AI writing are solvable engineering problems.
- Writing about socks to sell socks. The bot is doing fine. This isn't exactly the prestige writing future millenniums will remember us for
Similar to programming, the people that get the best results from AI assisted writing are highly skilled writers, because you need to have a sense for what is crap & needs to be redone and what is the text that is already fine. Other than cleaning up catastrophic grammar and spelling, the bot can't help an amateur write good material.
