LastPass's shtick was that even if the password databases were stolen that they'd be secure.
Maybe you should assume Password1 and all the competitors (& keypass!) will someday have the encrypted db fall into the wrong hands and need to defend against an offline attack.
I'm not so much a defender as a realist about how golden the team is at any company (or you if you are using keypass)
