Give your password to someone not because you trust them but because the damage they could do is bounded. Trust is just sociology stuff & it doesn't work on the internet of strangers. (works great in a tribe of 90 people) In a tribe of 100,000 or 1million, you can't vet those people or orgs. In this context, I can't tell the difference between #lastpass and #1password - one of them managed their reputation better.
