@x51@tilde.zone you use a service like dyndns or no-ip that updates IP each time your machine boots up/ip changes. Residential internet discourages hosting by ToS and more importantly, limiting upload bandwidth, which if you are hosting something efficient & small is not a limit, but still a limit if you host large files or expect serious traffic.
