Following tags on Mastodon is "everything has been said, but not everyone has said it", except everyone is working overtime on the 2nd part and virtually no one that posts a tag, feels compelled to follow the tags they post to and to realize what is going on.
Before you post to a #tag , think of the people following the tag.
For example, the #tag tag is actually for graffiti and people talking about the day in German.
