If there is something you don't want your code to be used for, then don't use a permissive opensource license. It will relegate your code's impact to amusing hobbyists, but if you want to restrict users, then that must be a cost you want to pay.
Strangers on the web aren't family. You can't restrict them primarily by social pressure and shame or whatever.
