@ShaulaEvans How about snitch replies and snitch retweeting? I think harassment is harassment- people who aim to harass know what they're doing, they're not doing it for lack of this new "rule" about hashtags in replies. Imagining that quote tweets, tagging in replies, replies, or retweeting are (or aren't) de facto rude and harassment isn't helpful.
