Will Giuliani ever pay, would President Trump be able to reverse it and does this now figure into how juries award penalties?
If juries don't believe the rich & powerful ever suffer civil or criminal penalties, why not a Quadrillion dollars, it is just to make a statement, like censure or impeachment.
