These sound like good policies for use of AI in professional work, too
Generating a text, copy-paste-send-email is a red line for me. That sends the message "I didn't write this or read this, or really care what the content is, but you go have fun reading this long document".
It is sort of like social media replies where you post a link to a 50,000 word document (which I've probably been guilty of)
