@deshipu The people who take this question seriously dedicate their entire career to it & write entire books. At best I can write a few posts that gesture towards the literature. It is supply + demand + inefficiencies, lots of inefficiencies. Racism, sexism, barriers to international trade in the labor markets, colossal transaction costs.
