This is funny because a bot has a switch, so any bot asserting political power could be defeated by turning it off. A bot with arms and legs and a body, or many bodies would be at no disadvantage. Also, at the end of the day, political authority requires holding an maintaining a monopoly on violence, which requires a body to enforce.
