Scrum has a specialist jargon. For example:
"No blockers" means, "I don't know what blockers are and I am done talking", e.g.
"I can't do any work because on all tickets I'm waiting for someone to explain what they wanted. Work is at a full stand still. Nothing will get done today or for the next 3 weeks.
