Appropriate hardware for a new developer?
They'll be expected to run multiple IDEs, docker/podman, localstack, postgres, redis and more memory & CPU intensive than all of those combined: MS Teams.

Man, I just don't understand how we keep ending up with so much BYOE and shadow IT.
