IDEA: Java compiler that compiles to YAML instead of byte code and then a JRE that consumes YAML. Or a C compiler that compiles to YAML and then a CPU that runs YAML instead of binary executables!
Because YAML is used nonstop as DSL suitable for non-programmers this will allow non-programmers to write intermediate language directly, democratizing and simplifying coding in assembler(-like) languages.
