I write app and that spawns a few solutions that don't feel like part of the original so that means more python libraries.
Parent:
- compile/inline bash .sh into .yml files. (done!)
Children:
- compile python to bash `python -c` strings (Done!)
- run `.gitlab-ci.yml` as if it were a Makefile on your local machine, without the whole runner or docker. (TODO!)
- check-for-update (probably too much prior art)
