Given people can only own a home for about 5 years before the labor market makes them move, 50 year mortgage are like interest only mortgages. This was tried in Japan with 100 year mortgages, so I imagine soon we'll see articles about how well they worked in other countries. Doesn't change this is being put forth by the worst people with the worst goals.
