IBM makes it clear that if you want to touch mainframe tech, for any reasons, you need to be a large organization, like military or government size & pipsqueek countries like France need not apply.
AWS is like, "Hey you can do this for free on your personal credit card"
But I keep seeing these AWS billing horror stories where an account has a phase transition and flips into the $1000 to $100,000 a month.
Anyhow, feels like there are more horror stories than posts about successful SAAS's with low AWS bills.
