I read someone wrote "It is faster to type 1:11 in a microwave than to type 1:00" and it bothered me that this was patently untrue. It doesn't take 11 seconds to find the 0. But I wonder if there are pairs of times where it would be true and how slow you'd have to type before it becomes true.
Sounds like a middle difficulty interview problem.
