@nikkid When I resume using pseudoephedrine, if it is too much, too close to bed time I'll have semi-hallucinatory racing thoughts for all 8 hours of "sleep".
This year the covid test was negative, most likely Flu A, since the emergency rooms in VA are packed with people with Flu A.
