EASY: Text editor
HARD: Text editor for the blind. Needs to be shortcut compatible with what went before or no one will want to memorize the new shortcuts
SUPER HARD: Text editor for the deaf. Seriously, ASL does not have a standard written format. You'd have to invent or use one of the existing proposals and users would have to learn it.
