If I want to get serious about a SaaS, I should create a shell application that support
- modern authentication (uh, I forget who the big players are here, cognito, etc)
- payments (payment gateways/app stores)
Both of those are going to involve integration into two different 3rd party services.
Without those 2, SaaS sideprojects are just dreaming.
