Well, the Administration is creating an alternate source of adoptable kids- DHS/ICE has already said they have permanently lost track of the parents of a lot of these kids, if they don't hold them in jail for life, then they'll enter the orphanage system and be avail for adoption https://x.com/rkfatheree/status/1010940973717782529
