Graceful degradation- yeah, after I comment out the jquery plug in. Seems like this graceful degradation was tested with a browser with no javascript, not just javascript that stopped working in with some version of chrome.
Used to be able to gentle scroll to an internal link, now it jumps instantaneously to the internal link.
