META: understanding irony takes a good deal of knowledge of a person's real opinions. On twitter, irony mostly just creates confusion. It isn't jocular, it's just low-quality content, LiKe TeXt WiTh ThIs CaPiTaLiZaTiOn - not wrong, but a pain to read.
