System has complexity rules: I choose 8 char password. System has no rules, I choose 40 char lower case. Those complexity rules really are doing a great job to encourage me to pick high entropy passwords.</sarcasm>
in b^e if you increase the exponent, you get a bigger result than if you increase the base. If this wasn't true, we'd just write big numbers in base 1 trillion instead of using scientific notation (base ten + exponents). TODO: mathematically prove this.
