If I know nothing about GIS-- how do I do a geospatial merge between two files, each with only X, Y data? (and other features of the points, of course)
downloading arcgis...in a room with probably 150 laptops-- 1.7gb total, it will take either 6 days or 10 minutes. No wait, 9 minutes....
