Web designers never imagined so many products would be out of stock. Some online grocers have so many products out of stock that the UI is essentially broken & no filter for "show only in stock"
1/2 of stores I buy from kick out up to 1/2 of the items I'm trying to buy at check out.
For Peapod, they let you put in cart based on what is in stock today, but they ship in 2 weeks! Noway that they know what will be in stock in 2 weeks.♡ 0 ↻ 0Amazons Prime Now never imagined slots would be taken for 2 days in a row, all other services never imagined that all slots would be instantly taken 2 weeks in a row. AFAIK, only instacart offers a "we'll get to you when we get to you"-slot.
