I'm pro-video-on for teleconference calls. Camera-off brings out the worst in meeting behavior.
- no one can signal that they've stopped paying attention, are bored or tired.
- no one can signal that they'd like to talk except for making noise & stepping on the current talker
- much harder to signal that you have to leave for 2 minutes without rudely stopping everyone
