Hotels have been lying & still lie about how often they wash sheets. Depending on your opinion on fomite risks, you might want to bring your own sheets & do your own wiping.

Towels are probably replaced, surfaces are wiped 1/2 the time, pillows & blankets probably only washed if visibly dirty.
