My voting plan:
1) Requested ballot, will return to drop box instead of mailing
2) If the ballot doesn't get to me, I will vote early in person
3) Searching VA houses on Redfin so I can help turn/keep VA blue next year
4) $ == votes at some ratio, so donating down-ballot
