applybyapi - have applicants submit resumes via raw HTTP to demonstrate they can work with web APIs. Someone is going to write a client library for this or even a javascript/html gist & then the API will need to change.

Reminds me of json resume, where the resume proves you know json, or any resume in latex which proves you can at least use a latex template.
