Making an `always_free` application framework... in the idea/stub stage... My first proof of concept idea to use won't work because I'd need 6TB of db space.

AWS's always free tier *almost* lets you create an entire serverless app. But it is missing lots of basics, like static website hosting, the domain, caching, throttling, etc. & since you chose AWS, if this isn't a training toy, you need a payment processor or you can't scale up.
