Proposal to reform pi day. What people don't understand the meaning of is Pi day. 3.14 is 3.14 units along an infinite number line. Month 3 is 3/12 along a finite segment. 14 is 14 of 30 along a finite segment. So fractionally, 3/14 is more like .25 + (.5/12).
Now if years go on forever, that is the first unit that is infinite and the years can be fractional, so pi day happens every three years 14.1592% through the year.
