burn down chart observation- when the criteria for closing a ticket gets cranked up (more signs offs), the close date of a ticket moves closer & closer to the end. This causes the curve to bow outward & it gets harder & hard to guess where the curve intersects x-axis (completion)
Unless a burn-down chart is somewhat close to linear, it doesn't have much information about when the tickets will all be finished.
