Some code has irreducible complexity, it doesn't matter how you code it is going to be complicated. Everyone making conf talks about microservices seems to be facing some irreducible complexity problem because everyone is saying microservices are awful unless you do it perfectly
(some *problems* are irreducibly complex).
I think I could find a 30 min youtube conf talk for each of these from very confident Architects

-Rich domain model? Bad!
-Many repos? Bad!
-Mono repo Bad!
-Fan out? Bad! (MSs call MS)
