I think a lot of this guys complaints have to do with how 5% WFH plays out (the 2 people who WFH are forgotten), vs when 50%+ of people WFH. When almost everyone is WFH, it is harder to accidentally or on purpose to disadvantage the WFH staff.
♡ 1 ↻ 0I would say that everyone needs to be continually improving their messaging game, put some thought into it. At the office, presence makes up for sloppy communication. Remote, sloppy communication becomes no communication.
♡ 0 ↻ 0So folk who turn cameras off, sound off, no breakout rooms, no email, no slack, presentations without notes, meetings with lazy attendee lists (invite 500 people!) and then we wonder why communication seems clunky.
