watching another "agile is dead (because it turned into waterfall)"- So they say, "Projects in WF succeed because the people subverted & circumvented the formal process" TEACH ME THAT! How do we subvert & circumvent scrumerfall & waterfall to success?!
Yeah, fine that "real agile" calls for a transformation of how purchasing and project financing is done, but that is out of my span of control.
