Sometimes the specs have already been reduced to a non-negotiable document (real customer is 3 org layers away) & I keep trying to ask "why" to & at that point, about 1/2 of my supervisors historically act like I'm just unwilling to work. https://x.com/firstround/status/1415736531197710336
