Zoom quality discourse skips
- bullshit jobs exist, zoom magnifies the problem (i.e. you can't pretend to work, zoom makes it look like you are not working)
- low & nonperformers exist, zoom makes everyone look like a low & nonperformer
- AT THE SAME TIME, some people are working
- Zoom doesn't build trust, it erodes it over time
(And by zoom, I mean, remote work styles where everyone is constantly trying to eliminate ALL forms of communication, calls, IM, video, audio, etc etc)♡ 1 ↻ 0
