META: I'm thinking that some % of people with private accounts, would be better served by putting "no one can reply to tweet" onto opinion tweets. Not everyone on all days is mentally & emotionally ready for internet fight club & they shouldn't have to self censor.
(yeah, bad people could "abuse" no-replies, but you weren't going to change their mind on anything anyhow)
