Unsolicited advice to people who want to break into tech:
Be brutally honest. If you can't write a lick of code, that' is okay, you can be a QA Analyst or a BA Analyst, there are roles for non-code writing techies on the team.
Orgs really need devs- if you can get on the team in any capacity & start writing code, you can move on to full-time software dev work. You're not going to get on the first run by faking already knowing how to code.
♡ 1 ↻ 0Ops (server admin work) to dev is a great pipeline, QA Ananlyst to Test Engineer is also viable. I wish there were jobs that'd just pay you to learn to code for 6 months, in the meanwhile, be smart about it.
