- scrum is all work tasks for someone who knows how to do the task, only if you squint can you make it look like a syllabus♡ 0 ↻ 0- formal training should be required & funded, but even this has challenges. Live in-person is the easiest to turn into paid work while books, videos & tutorials are hard to turn into paid work. (you can lead a person to training materials you can't make them read or watch them)
