My neurological superpower is monomania- I can think about the same thing for weeks at a time. Tech managers hate it tho- they want you to be able to drop a task and pivot to something unrelated instantly. Jira tickets likewise pay no heed to how techie work is done.
(I suppose neurotypical devs are able to do the constant switching?) Switching topics feels like a brain reboot. It isn't always something I can turn on and off on demand.
