META: where else to socialize on the web, things I want to do
- Youtube/Twitch channel (yes, someday I will!)
- Zoom based book club (meetup without a place, no idea how to recruit & filter members)
- Reddit gets close to twitter's feel
- Uh, blog again? A tweet gets a few dozen views, thats about how many views a blog post gets over the years. Comments are broken on blogs tho- all the problems of twitter's moderation problems, but with 1 person's resources to cope.
♡ 1 ↻ 0I probably won't give up twitter- no competitor (unlike Spotify), there are lots of companies I like (whole foods! starbucks! Chevy!) with leaders who are probably a bunch of rich people eager to get rich under a regime of a future dictatorship
