I got two candidates
- 1 has a youtube presentation + 1+ years working in public on Github
- 1 has just a resume.
The former candidate is just so much easier to evaluate.
If you hate having to get hired based on some livecoding during an interview, why aren't you putting up a youtube presentation and doing some serious coding in public?
